Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the gy99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you complete the registration process, and it remains in force for the entire duration of your relationship with gy99.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply across all betting and gaming products offered on gy99, including cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and any future product additions. - Bet Placement: All bets are final once confirmed. gy99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except in circumstances where a market is voided by gy99 due to an event cancellation or data error.

- Voided Markets: A sports betting market may be voided if the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or if gy99 determines that a pricing error has occurred. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's account balance in full.
- Abandoned Events: In cricket, if a match is abandoned due to weather or other external factors, gy99 will settle markets in accordance with the official result (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable) or void all affected markets if no official result is declared.
- In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets update in real time. gy99 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any point during an event. Bets placed during a market suspension window will be rejected. Any bets accepted in error during suspension will be voided.
- Casino and Slots Games: All casino and slots titles are supplied by certified third-party providers. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payline information are governed by the provider's own game rules, accessible within each game's information panel.
- Crash Games: Crash game outcomes, including Aviator by Spribe, are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which a round ends is mathematically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or by gy99.

- Maximum Payout: gy99 applies a maximum single-bet payout cap per account per day. The applicable cap is displayed within the betting interface. Bets that would generate winnings exceeding the cap will be settled at the cap amount only.
Bonuses & Promotions
gy99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to reward both new and returning Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general bonus rules, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
- Eligibility: Only Players with verified accounts in good standing are eligible to receive bonuses. Players who are self-excluded, under account restriction, or who have previously abused promotions are not eligible.
- One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. gy99 may withhold or cancel bonus funds if multiple claims are detected.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying game types are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering on excluded game types will not contribute to the requirement.
- Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's balance automatically. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
- Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only the winnings generated from bonus fund wagers, after the wagering requirement is met, may be withdrawn, subject to any applicable withdrawal cap stated in the promotion terms.
- Abuse and Fraud: Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through arbitrage betting, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other irregular strategy will have bonuses cancelled and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.
- Promotional Changes: gy99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via platform notification or registered email where reasonably practicable.
- Seasonal Campaigns: gy99 runs promotional campaigns timed around key dates in the Bangladeshi calendar including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the T20 World Cup. Participation in seasonal campaigns is subject to the same general and specific bonus rules.
Prohibited Conduct
gy99 maintains the integrity of its platform for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Registering more than one account on gy99, including accounts under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers belonging to the same person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with gy99.
- Using the platform while under the age of 18, or attempting to circumvent age verification controls by any means.
- Sharing account credentials with any third party, or permitting any other person to operate your gy99 account on your behalf.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information relating to any sporting event listed on gy99.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source through the gy99 payment system.
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated crash game exploitation.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or security feature of the gy99 platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing gy99 support staff or other Players through any communication channel.
- Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical vulnerability to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Accessing or attempting to access gy99 from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to mask your true location.
Fraud and Money Laundering: gy99 takes financial crime very seriously. Any account suspected of money laundering, structuring, or using the platform to process fraudulent funds will be immediately frozen. All relevant transaction data will be retained and may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities. Account balances in such cases will be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.
Account Suspension & Closure
gy99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to do so. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure, though this list is not exhaustive.
- Breach of Terms: Any confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure if the breach is confirmed.
- Fraudulent Activity: Confirmed fraudulent conduct, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or bonus abuse, will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who request self-exclusion via [email protected] will have their accounts closed or suspended for the requested period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and honoured without question. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.
- Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) may be classified as dormant. gy99 will attempt to contact the Player at their registered contact details before applying any dormancy fee. The applicable dormancy fee schedule is communicated at the time of account classification.
- Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their gy99 account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. All pending withdrawals will be processed to the Player's registered payment method before final closure. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
- Regulatory or Legal Requirements: gy99 may be required to close or freeze an account to comply with applicable law, court orders, or regulatory directives. In such cases, gy99 will comply promptly and is not liable for any resulting loss of access.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation , gy99 will aim to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe. The Player will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. During suspension, access to account funds may be restricted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gy99 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the gy99 platform or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial or non-financial harm.
- Service Interruptions: gy99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party outages may result in temporary unavailability. gy99 is not liable for any losses incurred during periods of downtime.
- Third-Party Services: gy99 integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and data suppliers. gy99 is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures originating from these third-party systems.
- Internet Connectivity: gy99 is not liable for any losses arising from interrupted bets, disconnected sessions, or failed transactions caused by the Player's internet connection quality or mobile network provider.
- Accuracy of Information: While gy99 takes reasonable care to display accurate odds, scores, and statistics, it does not warrant that such information is free from error. Players should conduct their own research before placing bets.
- Gambling Losses: gy99 is an entertainment platform and accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through normal, fair play. Players accept that wagering involves risk and that they may lose their staked funds.
- Maximum Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, gy99's total liability to any single Player for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Nothing in this section shall limit gy99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Players retain all statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Amendments to These Terms
gy99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
